Description: Referred to by the band simply as "the funky one", due to the slight disco feel of the rhythm section, the summery upbeat nature of this tune is at odds with the subject matter of the breakup of a long distance relationship.

Sweet Cold Embrace

Description: This song is about giving up, and was conceived as something of a live number (as such it features just drums, two guitars and three vocals). One to be worked on in the future, as it contains some good moments but is possibly a bit long.

Description: Bit of an experiment, this. A weird instrumental with sweet/sinister keyboard-like vocal harmonies layered up over a pulsing bassline. Doesn't really go anywhere but fairly interesting all the same.

Description: An old song, re-recorded with arpeggios, chugging guitar and a lovely, woozy synth outro. Originally written with something of a Flaming Lips style in mind, although it's probably ended up a bit different.

Description: An attempt at eschewing traditional pop-song structure here: no verses, no choruses - just three interweaving sections and a distorted theremin solo creating a mini-epic pop gem.
